Refund policy

We have a 0-day return policy, since everything on our store is made-to-order ONLY. But we do have an exchange policy if the product is eligible for exchange. 

Damages and issues

Only products that have a manufacturing/shipping defect would be eligible for an exchange. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange
We will notify you once we’ve received your exchange request, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically shipped a replacement within 5 business days.  
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your exchange request, please contact us at kimberle@poplarhillstudios.net.
